Temporomandibular Joint (TMJ) Disorders
The TMJ is the joint between your skull and your jawbone. Disorders in this area often manifest as pain, clicking in the jaw and limited jaw opening. Focusing on muscle imbalances in the jaw and neck, as well as patient education are major aspects in treating this condition. Dr. Brian is highly trained in the assessment and treatment of TMJ disorders. Some TMJ disorders may require being fitted for a bite guard at your dentist or other interventions.
Gait Analysis
Gait analysis is the art and science of observing and identifying biomechanical dysfunctions by watching the gait, movement patterns and overall performance of various parts of the body. This analysis helps Dr. Brian to identify muscle imbalances and faulty movement patterns quickly and effectively, leading to a treatment program specifically designed for you.
