Chiropractic adjustments, also known as manipulations or mobilizations, are very effective in addressing restricted joints throughout the body. Improper movement of joints can interfere with the movement patterns of the body leading to pain, tissue damage and in some cases, early onset of joint degeneration. Chiropractic adjustments safely and effectively restore motion to restricted joints allowing normal movement of the body as a whole.

Adjusting involves placing the body into a safe position to allow the desired joint movement to occur by applying a quick, low force push into the joint of interest.

Our practice offers a variety of chiropractic methods. Our goal is to improve our patient’s performance, strength, health and well being through the use of non-invasive, cutting edge techniques that have proven to be safe and effective.

Some of the adjusting techniques utilized by Dr. Brian include Motion Palpation, Diversified, Logan Basic, Activator, Thompson and Cox Flexion Distraction.
